Catholic Leadership Institute (CLI) is a five-day experience of leadership skill training, servant leadership reflection, community-building, prayer, and good food designed to help both teenagers already in leadership positions and those with leadership possibilities develop their god-given potential. Skills taught include:

• Liturgy Planning

• Communications skills

• Peer witness

• Conflict resolution

Yong people are both the present and future church, and as such, must be equipped to be leaders and not just followers. The 2013 institute will be held June 10-14, 2013, at the Bishop Tracey Center in Baton Rouge.
