Youth Minister Forum

The approach of the new school year means a new youth ministry programming year as well, especially since our calendars follow the teenagers to whom we minister. We again ask for your presence and participation in this annual gathering.
The annual meeting for all parish youth ministry coordinators, the Youth Ministers’ Forum, will be Saturday, August 21, 2010, 9:00 AM at Notre Dame Seminary (Schulte Auditorium.)
Parking is available on S. Carrollton Avenue or the archdiocesan administration building parking lot on Walmsley. A light lunch will be provided. The agenda for the meeting includes:- Round table discussions on youth ministy issues
- Round table discussions by deanery/region
- Important updates and changes regarding all office programs
- An opportunity to speak with all office staff members and program leaders
- an opportunity to meet and network with colleagues from some fifty parishes
It is important that the youth ministry coordinator from each parish be present so that our communication goals are met. If circumstances prevent you from personally attending, please send a trusted representative familiar with the youth ministry program in your parish.
