N.C.C.Y.M. (National Conference On Catholic Youth Ministry)

The Archdiocese of New Orleans will host the National Conference on Catholic Youth Ministry in December 2010 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and Hilton Riverside New Orleans. The conference, sponsored biennially by the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry, the organization of diocesan youth directors in the United States, is the largest adult conference for Catholic Youth Ministers in the country. NCCYM will bring nearly 3,000 convention participants to New Orleans for four days of inspiring keynote addresses, challenging workshops, dynamic prayer and worship and even entertainment. The purpose of the conference is to help form and transform adults ministering to youth in the Catholic Church. Participants include youth and campus ministers, leaders in religious education, artists and entertainers and volunteers.
